As a graduate business economist and coach, I offer you comprehensive experience and knowledge in the following areas:

I look at people as a whole and even in earlier years I found my passion and calling in supporting people in difficult life situations.
The combination of both areas creates the opportunity for me as a consultant and coach to reflect on challenges from different perspectives.

We accompany people in difficult situations and together we create a positive attitude towards change, new communication spaces as well as perspectives and solutions.
From 1997 to 2006, Mr. Kemser held various management positions in production and production planning at the BMW Group plants in Regensburg and Dingolfing.
Between 2006 and 2010, Mr. Kemser worked as Head of Assembly at the BMW Group plant in Berlin and was responsible for motorcycle production. He then took over the position of Head of Assembly at the BMW Group plant in Regensburg from 2010 to 2013.
From 2014 to 2015, he was Head of Assembly at the MINI plant in Oxford, UK. He then headed the BMW Group Plant Leipzig as Plant Manager from 2015 to 2021 and was responsible for production and the strategic direction of the site.
Since January 2022, Hans-Peter Kemser has been President and CEO of BMW Manufacturing Hungary Kft. where he is responsible for the development and management of the new BMW plant in Hungary.
Mr. Frick supports Global Power GmbH as a consultant in strategic and economic topics and our clients in the GP Academy or, if desired, individually with complex issues in M&A transactions, internationalization or strategic challenges.
