Your Success in Four Phases
The Perspective Shift coaching format consists of four phases and extensive 1:1 coaching between the phases.
PHASE 1 · Vision Workshop in New York - Your Entry into Perspective Shift (5 days incl. travel time)
Sharpen your view of the future - inspiration & vision drafting at a world-class level.
Benefit: Perspective Shift becomes tangible here: surrounded by the pace, ideas, and spirit of the global business metropolis, participants develop their personal vision for the future with us - bold, economically grounded, and clearly directed. This step is often both the emotional and rational turning point.
For Phase 1 in New York City, our participants stay at the stylish Kixby boutique hotel - in the heart of Manhattan, within walking distance of Wall Street and the Stock Exchange.
PHASE 2 · Assessment - Making Potential Visible (2 days)
We identify untapped potential, concrete fields of action, and strategic bottlenecks - directly on site at your company, together with management.
Goal: Creation of a written analysis report that summarizes the company's status quo in a compact and structured way - as the starting point for the rest of Perspective Shift.
PHASE 3 · Turning the Vision into a Robust Strategy (3 days)
Benefit: Together, we formulate an economically viable strategy - with a clear implementation perspective, structured milestones, and real feasibility. The group dynamic creates new energy, mutual inspiration, and the courage to decide.

PHASE 4 · Implementation Blueprint (3 days)
Goal: A concrete roadmap for implementation within your own company.
A tailored implementation plan is created for each participating company - including responsibilities, resource estimates, a timeline, and initial quick wins.
We make sure that the vision turns into real momentum.
