Peter Kraska – PK Management Consulting
Peter Kraska is an executive coach who knows what he’s talking about. The former general staff officer of the German army (Bundeswehr) completed his 2-year German and US general staff training. He has successfully led troops, staff and command authorities. He created the first conceptual basis for operational management and new innovative management structures. As a longstanding national spokesman for NATO and the European Union, he has acquired a high reputation and expertise in international and multilateral negotiations. As the Chief Academic Planning Group at the NATO Defense College in Rome, he prepared staff officers, diplomats and senior government officials in so-called senior courses, specifically for management positions and top assignments in international organizations, and trained as a lecturer in the subject areas of Crisis Management and Changing Global Environment.
As an independent management consultant, he understands how to quickly grasp complex questions in their essential content, structure them transparently and convey potential solutions clearly. He likes working with people, focusing them on challenges and goals, and helping them achieve those goals.
He is a coach who is able to convince sustainably by example.
Dr. Stephan Ernst – IQE-Consult
Dr. Ernst is an agile coach and change manager with many years of experience in process optimization, team development, coaching, and training. Almost 20 years of management experience in an international context, especially in a wide variety of management situations (line, project, coach) and often in teams spread around the world.
His goal is self-organization and the development of an agile attitude through the training and coaching of executives and teams.
